ED-UK specialise in the maintenance and repair of security systems and automation throughout the UK. We have hundreds of sites under management all carried out by our local, expert engineers. We monitor, amend and adjust the installations remotely and through our approach cut breakdowns and un-planned repairs.

 

As technology has improved we have our own proprietary system for remote monitoring and via Command systems we can identify faults and in most cases repair them without a visit, keeping you running and your budgets under control.

 

Repair Hub is our name for a system we have built for remote repairs and fault identification. We will link an engineer with a client on site. We will then work through a checklist and aim to identify the fault and in some cases repair it. This reduces the amount of visits, saving time and money and most importantly, minimising any system down time.

 

ED-UK offer a range of maintenance contracts to both commercial and private clients. A lot of the schools we deal with opt for fully comprehensive agreements meaning they know exactly what to budget where as a lot of our Block Management clients opt for ‘as and when’ agreements. The key to it all is flexibility. We assess each client and site on an individual basis and we work through a plan that best fits your needs and budget.
